Cooking 101

My girlfriend went to China with her mom for a few weeks, which means I have to cook for myself again. Its not that I make her cook for me, she just enjoys doing it, and the food tastes so much better.

We had a power outage at work today! This is a small sketch I did during the 40 minutes without power.

BUDDIES

So, I was on my way to work the other day when I looked over and and saw a kid making all these expressions and emotions. I had no idea why he was making those faces until I stopped at the red light, and noticed that the two kids were playing on one of those Nintendo DS consoles. I kinda figured they were both playing the same game when the one kid would lean over to the other to see how he was doing and to see what his score was. I bet you can get a lot of facial expressions from kids playing video games.

HBO Shows Rock!

If you ever want to see some really good shows on tv, watch any HBO Show, they are so amazing! Not just one, but all of them. You'll find that each show is filled with awesome characters, great performances, and amazing story writing. The ideas are original and clever, and you cant help but get drawn in. With television being swarmed with cheesy sitcoms and god awful reality shows, these HBO shows are all a breath of fresh air.

The Tourist Arrive!

Swarms of tourists have come down last weekend to see the tall ships. You start to notice the small things they pack with them. The front stomach pouch, the colourful shirt, the backpack, the camera. I actually saw one with binoculars.

Tall Ships Weekend

This is a quick sketch of someone promoting a ship tour from the boardwalk. She and another girl were wearing giant hats looking like the ship. It was funny....I laughed, and then I went to get a hot dog.

I finally got my hands on Sketchbook Pro, and thought I would do a very quick piece. Just playing around with all the tools and functions so far. Im sure you'll see more soon.

Employees That Work The Week-ends

So I went to the nearest fast food restaurant today, and the person who served me at drive-thru, gave me the indication that she would rather be someplace else. No smiles, no personality, bad service. No care what so ever. My burger was yummy though.
